摘要
船用绞缆机的刹车力大小是考核绞缆机性能的关键指标.基于绞缆机的刹车原理,应用计算软件对绞缆机的刹车结构进行了计算.结果表明:在收紧刹车丝杆螺纹的过程中,刹车带的圆形会局部变形,造成刹车力不足.研究结果可为重新设计刹车带曲线提供依据.
Braking force of the ship-used winches is one of the key factors for evaluation of winch characteristics. Based on the working principle of winches brake system, the brake structure was calculated with the computing software. The calculating result shows that the circle of brake bands can be deformed partially and cause the brake force lessened in the process of tightening the brake screw thread,which can provide a basis for redesigning brake curve.
