摘要
通过工程实例,对港口直径40 m混凝土筒仓在季节温差和内外温差作用下的温度应力进行计算,分析不同温差作用下筒仓壁的内力分布规律,并将内外温差作用下的温度应力转换为筒仓壁的环拉力,分析不同内外温差作用下,温度作用产生的环拉力与贮料荷载产生的环拉力的比值。得出的结论有助于结构设计人员正确把握温度作用对筒仓壁内力的影响,加强结构措施,确保结构安全。
Based on the practical project, the author calculates the temperature stress of the 40 m diameter concrete silo in port due to season variation and in-and-out temperature difference, analyses the inner force distribution of the silo wall due to different temperature actions, and converts the temperature stress into the circular force of silo wall, and analyses the ratio of the circular force in silo wall generated by the temperature stress and stored material pressure. The results are useful for designers to correctly grasp the temperature influence on the internal force of silo wall, strengthen the structure measures and ensure the structural safety.
