摘要
研究了反渗透膜对自来水的深度净化处理工艺,该工艺包括超滤、活性炭吸附、精密过滤、反渗透脱盐及紫外线消毒。实验结果表明,超滤能使自来水的污染指数降低到2;活性炭能有效吸附余氯,使水中余氯含量低于0.1mg/L;经预处理,反渗透膜的脱盐率及产水流量保持相对稳定;紫外线消毒作为终端处理单元,能保证产水中细菌学指标符合要求。
The purifying technology of fine drinking water by reverse osmosis is studied in this paper.The technologies include technologies of ultrafiltration,active carbon absorption,fine filtra-tion,reverse osmosis desalination and ultraviolet disinfection.The fouling index of the pretreated water could be reduced to2with the technology of ultrafiltration and the concentration of free chlorine is lower than0.1mg /L with the technology of active carbon adsorption.The desaliniza-tion ratio and permeating flow of reverse osmosis membrane keep in relative stability after pre-treatment.The bacteria in the produced water are not determined with the technology of ultravio-let disinfection.
