3%过氧化氢在腺样体切除术止血中的应用

Application of 3% Hydrogen Peroxide in the Hemostasis During Adenoidectomy

目的探索减少腺样体切除术出血的方法。方法对206例行腺样体切除术的患者术中出血情况进行分析,使用3%过氧化氢棉球压迫止血者为观察组,使用生理盐水棉球压迫止血者为对照组。评价两组术中、术后出血情况。结果观察组止血有效率91.67%,对照组止血有效率81.40%,两组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.79,P<0.05);观察组术中出血量(35.76±8.70)mL,对照组术中出血量(43.35±12.86)mL,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后出血率0.83%,对照组术后出血率1.16%,两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腺样体切除术中使用3%过氧化氢棉球压迫止血,可以明显减少腺样体手术中出血。

Objective To explore the method for reducing the hemorrhage in adenoidectomy. Methods The bleeding status in adenoidectomy of 206 cases was analyzed. Patients used 3% hydrogen peroxide cotton ball for hemostasis were set as the observation group, and patients used saline cotton ball for hemostasis were set as the control group. And the intraoperative and postoperative bleeding of the two groups was evaluated. Results The hemostatic efficiency of the observation group was 91.67%, and that of the control group was 81.40%, the difference between the groups was statistically significant（χ2=4.79,P〈0.05）; the intraoperatve blood loss of the observation group was（35.76±8.70）ml, and that of the control group was（43.35±12.86）ml, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the postoperative bleeding rate of the observation group was 0.83%, and that of the control group was 1.16%, the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. Conclusion 3% hydrogen peroxide cotton ball applied in adenoidectomy for compression hemostasis, can significantly reduce the intraoperative blood loss in adenoidectomy.
