基于校企结合的IT专业职业技能培养模式研究

在工科人才培养过程中,企业化及职业化技能的培养是重要的教学环节,更是决定人才能否被企业及社会接受的重要因素,并已引起了学校、政府与企业的广泛重视。该文作者结合学院进行校企联合IT专业人才培养实践,对学院校企结合模式的多层次IT人才职业技能培养体系的构建模式进行了实践性总结与探索,以期对本科和硕士阶段的工程职业人才培养具有一定的借鉴作用。

Personnel training and vocational skills training enterprise has caused a wide range of attention by schools,government and enterprises.In this paper,give same summery and exploration in how to build professional skills in practice mode for school-- enterprise integration software talents training system,Combination of professional training colleges,enterprises and software engineering practice.And wish to have some references for the future engineering career training.
