大一新生开展学业规划中存在的问题及对策

大学生学业规划作为职业规划的重要部分,是对未来职业发展理想的实际行动进行设计,也为成功实现就业或开辟事业打好基础。通过随机抽取该校500名新生进行学业规划调查时发现,大部分学生对学业规划不太了解,缺乏专业老师指导,学业规划目标不够明确、方向性缺失、缺乏具体性、缺乏个性特征等问题。针对存在的问题,提出若干解决方案,希望能够对新生的学业规划起到一定指导作用。

Study planning of college students as an important part of career planning, is the ideal practice to carry on the design for the future career development,which also Provides a foundation for successful employment.Through the survey on the randomly selected 500 freshmen in our school,there are many problems such as lack of professional instructors by teachers and comprehensions by students,freshmen pay not enough attentions on the planning,besides the study planning are considered to be unclear,lack of direction,specificity and personality traits. In view of these existing problems,there were some solutions proposed here as possible guidelines for freshmen in the process of study planning.
