关于《龙船调》编创历史之考证研究

On Textual Research of the Historical Adaptation of Tune of Long Chuan

近年来关于湖北利川民歌《龙船调》的编创成名史之争一直难辨真假,莫衷一是。为弄清这一民族音乐文化精品的来龙去脉及编创历程,还原历史真相,笔者通过访谈、查找第一手历史文献资料等研究方法,对争议的不同观点和说法进行了认真的梳理、比较、分析和考证研究,得出较为公正客观的结论。笔者认为在强调和保护民歌发源地的知识产权的同时,应以历史事实为依据,对民歌改编者所付出的创造性劳动和应享受的著作权给予充分的尊重和保护。

There were the disputes on the adaptation history of Tune of Longchuan（dragon boat）,a folk song in Lichuan area of Hubei province in recent years. In order to clarify the creative process and context of this excellent folk music,to restore the historical truth,through the research method of interviews and checking up the first-hand historical materials,the authors organized,compared,analyzed,and textual researched the different views and sayings,arrived at a more fair and objective conclusions. The authors considered that we should strengthen the support and protection of intellectual property of the origin place of folk songs,and meanwhile,it had to be based on historical facts,to pay full respect and protect the creative work and copyright by folk song adaptors.
