怯场是萦绕在每个音乐演奏者心中的难题。演奏者们应该正确认识怯场,并从意识和行动上逐步克服怯场现象。文章从意识状态的调整、练琴方法的改变以及音乐会当天各方面的准备工作三个方面分析了音乐演奏者应该如何应对怯场。

The stage fright is the problems linger in the minds of each music performer. The players should have a correct recognize the stage fright,and gradually overcoming stage fright from the phenomenon of consciousness and action. From three aspects of the adjustment state of consciousness,the change of practicing methods,and preparations for the concert the same day,this article analyzed the music players should be how to deal with the stage fright.
