摘要
针对达钢五流小方坯中间包,建立了描述钢液流动、传热以及夹杂物轨迹的数学模型。研究了钢液在中间包内的温度分布,比较了不同粒径夹杂物的上浮率。根据数值模拟的结果选择了最优的2#挡墙方案。
A coupled three-dimensional matnematical model is developed to describe the steel flow, heat transfer and inclusion trajectory in a 5-strand billet continuous caster tundish at Dagang. The temperature distribution of molten steel in tundish is numerically investigated. The remove rates of different size inclusions are compared. The optimum 2# baffle is selected according to the numerical results.
