摘要
以高延率易拉拔H08A为研究对象,采用新型冶炼方法控制铸坯成分和质量,轧制采用合理的加热温度控制、控轧控冷和控制析出等工艺手段进行研究。研究表明:根据各成分含量不同进行柔性动态控制的工艺控制方法,可生产出屈服强度小于270MPa,抗拉强度小于350MPa,延伸率大于45%,面缩率大于75%的优质焊接盘条。运用本工艺研究成果,轧制生产企业可生产出高延率易拉拔盘条。
This paper mainly concentrates on high-tensile and easy-drawing H08A, using a new smelting method to control the constituents and quality of casting billet. In the rolling process, the rational heating system, controlled rolling and controlled cooling and precipitation controlled phase transformation are studied. To the different components of steel, the results showed that the flexible rolling technology can produce high-quality wire rod for weld with yield strength〈 270 MPa, tensile strengthS350 MPa, ductility〉45 %, reduction of area〉75%. Based on the re- search results, rolling enterprises can obtain high-tensile and easy-drawing steel wire rod.
