运用均质厚料烧结技术、大幅度提高烧结出矿率

摘要 提高出矿率是提高烧结矿产量,降低烧结矿成本的重要手段,同时出矿率提高后减少烧结料中循环返矿量也为提高烧结矿质量创造了有利条件。尤其是在烧结产能偏低的情况下,出矿率指标对高炉炉料结构优化,降低铁水成本具有重要意义。烧结厂3#烧结机于2010年9月份点火投产,经过一年多的试生产,产、质量指标一直在低水平徘徊。1#、2#烧结机设备老化,工况差,产、质量均不理想。2012年2月开始通过采取一系列的技术和管理措施,出矿率指标大幅度改善,创造了可观的经济效益。 Increasing the ore sintering rate is an important means of increasing the sintering ore minerals and reducing the cost. On the other hand, increasing the ore sintering rate can decrease the cycling minerals back to the ore sintering, improving the quality of the sintering ore. Espe- cially in the case that the sintering capacity is low, the target sintering rate has an important significance on optimizing the blast furnace mine structure and reducing the cost of hot metal. The 3 sintering machine of the plant started produce in September 2010, and during the pre--pro- duction of more than 1 year, the output and quality had been hovering at a low level. The aging equipments of the 1# and 2# sintering machines create poor working conditions and production as well as the quality. However, since February of 2012, a series of technical "and management measures have been taken to significantly improve the ore target rate and create considerable economic benefits.
