摘要
主要介绍小断面试样的光谱检测,设计新型小断面棒样夹具,利用原有工作曲线测定元素成分。此方法相对来说操作简易,分析速度快,能满足小断面产品化学成分检验要求。
This paper mainly introduces the small cross section sample spectrum detection, by de- signing a new small cross section rod sample clamp, and using the original working curve to determinate the elements. This method is relatively easy to operate with fast analysis speed and meets the requirements of small section product inspection.
