This paper mainly discusses the designation and application of remote concentrated metering Barrier Gate, Bills Printing and Anti--fraud system. The paper introduces the system structure, details of the development and designation process of Barrier Gate, Bills Printing and Anti--fraud systems, as well as the function and role of the ＇system. It was proved that the use of Barrier Gate, Bills Printing and Anti--fraud system standardized the order of the measurement and limited the speed of vehicles weighing so as to protect the truck scalebody and sensor parts. The system successfully avoided the phenomenon of no measurement before loading or unloading and measurement cheating and, establishing a fair and equitable business environment and a good social image for supply and demand sides.
