随着不断加大的"走出去"步伐,如何在做大做强海外市场"硬实力"的同时,充分发挥思想政治工作的"软实力",以强有力的党建思想工作为"走出去"保驾护航,让"党旗在建筑工地上高高飘扬、党性在海外项目队伍中深深扎根",这是新时期地面建设施工企业海外项目党建工作遇到的新课题。海外工程项目环境复杂、文化多元、任务艰巨,尤其需要党建思想政治工作凝心聚力、把握航向,为走出去战略提供强大的政治保证。

Accelerating to implement “Going Global” strategy requires giving full play to ideological and political work relating to Party building as “soft power” while making overseas market bigger and stronger as “hard power” so as to root the Party spirit deeply into the workers engaged in overseas projects. How to do it is a new task a ground construction enterprise is facing while it is doing Party building work in overseas projects. In light of their complex environment, diversified cultures and arduous task, ideological and political work is even needed to gather strength, grasp the course and provide powerful guarantee politically for implementing “going global” strategy.
