摘要
高技能人才是技术工人队伍的核心骨干,是推动企业技术创新和实现科技成果转化的重要力量。因此,中国石化江汉油田分公司江汉采油厂在高技能人才培养上,坚持开办主体工种能力提升培训班,选送优秀高技能人才"外培",完善了江汉采油厂教育培训网;在高技能人才使用上,注重制定科学的政策,合理使用高技能人才,完善了高技能人才考核制度,落实了高技能人才激励政策,搭建了高技能人才释放能量的平台。
High--skilled talents, as a backbone in technical workers, are a vital force to promote enterprise technology innovation and achievement of the commercialization of research findings. In cultivation of high--skilled talents, Jianghan Oil Production Plant continues to hold training class of ability enhancement for main professions, to send out outstanding talents for training and perfect its educational training network. In utilization of them, it focuses on adopting the policy in a scientific way and employing them in a proper way. On the other hand, it has completed the system for checking them, implemented the policy for motivating them and set up the platform for enabling them to unleash their energy.
