摘要
高层钢结构住宅因其特定的使用功能而具有不同于普通民用建筑的技术特点。本文结合高层钢结构住宅的应用和相关技术产品发展情况对其进行分析研究,在依据现行规范标准设计的基础上做进一步的细化,提高针对性和适应性,更好地充分发挥高层钢结构住宅的优越性,促进高层钢结构住宅的推广。
The technical characteristics of steel structure residential buildings is different from the common civil buildings because of its specific use functions,combined with the application of high-rise steel structure residential and the development situation of related technology products in its research and analysis.It should be based on the standard design and the existing norms do further refinement to improve the relevance and adaptability.It＇s better to give full play the advantages of high-rise steel structure residential and promote the promotion of high-rise steel structure housing.
