摘要
人工合成透明砂主要是由熔融石英砂和质量分数为50%-70%的溴化钙溶液混合配制而成。常规的烘干法不能准确反映透明砂中的溴化钙溶液与熔融石英砂颗粒之间的质量关系。本文通过试验和计算对比了不同粒径人工合成透明砂的含水率、等效含水率和含溶液率;分析了不同粒径人工合成透明砂以上参数之间的差异并探究了其原因。结果表明:人工合成透明砂的含水率约为10%,含溶液率约为35%;透明砂等效含水率修正效果很明显但仍小于石英砂的含水率;人工合成透明砂三个参数之间的大小关系为:实测含水率<等效含水率<含溶液率。
In order to study transparent fused silica and calcium bromide(CaBr2)solution in sand quality relationships between sand particles,the equivalent moisture content and solution ratio was measured and calculated by comparing the synthetic transparent with different size and moisture content of the sand.And the synthetic transparency over sand with different size differences between parameters and explores the reasons were also analyzed.Results show that the water content of transparent sand is about 10wt.%,the equal water content is closely to silica sand but it is also a little lower;the solution content is about 35wt.%.Three parameters is as following relationship of real water contentequal water contentsolution content.
