外循环对IC反应器处理酒精废水酸化恢复的影响

摘要 对安徽阜阳金种子酒厂实际酒精废水处理工程中的生产性两级中试IC反应器产生酸化的原因及恢复措施进行了分析。结果表明,反应器受负荷冲击是导致IC反应器酸化的主要原因。采用外循环方法,经过15天的恢复到正常运行状态。相应的,一级IC反应器出水COD达到4500~5000mg/L,二级IC反应器出水COD达到1000mg/L左右,出水VFA小于5mmol/L,pH值达到7.0以上。与无外循环相比较,附加外循环可有效缩短反应器恢复稳定运行的时间。 Regarding the productive two stage IC reactor of the wastewater treatment project of golden seed winery in Anhui Fuyang as a research object,the reasons for acidification and its recovery measures were analyzed and discussed.The results indicated that the loading shock was the main reason for acidification in the IC reactor.The reactor was successfully restored over 15dby the external circulating.Primary IC reactor effluent COD reached 4500~5000mg/L,secondary IC reactor effluent COD reaches about 1000mg/L,the volatile fatty acid(VFA)in effluent is less than 5mmol/L,the pH value reached more than 7.Compared with without external circulation,additional external circulation can effectively shorten the stable operation of the reactor time.
