正常女性盆底肌DTI成像价值分析

摘要 目的探讨磁共振弥散张量成像(DTI)在正常女性盆底肌成像应用中的可行性。方法筛选35名无孕育史无盆底疾病的年轻志愿者和10名初产妇,分别对其盆底肌行常规MRI扫描和DTI扫描,测量肛提肌和肛门括约肌复合体的部分各向异性分数值(FA),计算其平均值。并使用计算机软件描绘肛提肌和肛门括约肌复合体的三维纤维示踪图。结果 35名志愿者肛提肌FA值均值是0.41±0.02,10名初产妇肛提肌FA值均值是0.31±0.02,P<0.05。志愿者肛门括约肌复合体FA值均值是0.70±0.03,初产妇肛门括约肌复合体FA值均值是0.67±0.03,P<0.05。结论磁共振弥散张量成像(DTI)可以对女性盆底肌进行量化分析和三维形态学观察,为女性盆底功能障碍的诊断提供了新的影像学工具。 Objective To investigate the diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) in the normal female pelvic floor muscle vi- ability imaging applications. Methods Screening 35 no history of pelvic floor disorders without bred young volunteers and 10 primipara were routine MRI scans and DTI scans of their pelvic floor muscles, fractional anisotropy measurements of the levator ani muscle and anal sphincter complex fractional value (FA), and calculating the average. And using computer software depicting the levator ani muscle and the three-dimensional fiber tracing diagram of the anal sphincter complex. Results 35 volunteers, the average value of the levator ani muscle FA 0.41 ± 0.02,10 early maternal tevator ani muscle FA average values is 0.31±0.02, P〈0.05. Volunteers anal sphincter complex FA average value is 0.70±0.03, primipara anal sphincter complex FA mean value is 0.67±0.03, P〈0.05. Conclusion MR diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) for female pelvic floor muscles can perform quantitative analysis and three-dimensional morphology for diagnosis of female pelvic floor dysfunction, it provides a new imaging tool for diagnosing the Female Pelvic Floor Dysfunction.
