经皮肾镜碎石术治疗上尿路结石76例 被引量:3

76 Cases of Resistance Microchannel Percutaneous Nephroscope Holmium Laser Lithotripsy Removed on The Treatment of Ureteral and Renal Calyx Calculi

摘要 目的探讨微创经皮肾镜钬激光碎石取石术治疗输尿管上段结石合并肾下盏结石的疗效及安全性。方法对76例输尿管上段结石合并肾下盏结石的患者,采用微通道经皮肾镜钬激光碎石取石技术进行治疗,进行回顾性系统总结。结果全部患者一期或二期手术成功,术后随访24个月结石清除率为100%。结论利用微通道经皮肾镜钬激光碎石取石技术治疗输尿管上段结石合并肾下盏结石,具有创伤小、结石清除率高、并发症少等优点,疗效肯定,值得推广应用。 objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy (mirror holmium laser lithotripsy nephrolithotomy (MPCNL) on the treatment of ureteral renal calys calculi combined renal calyx calculi. Methods 76 cases of ureteral and renal calys calculi adopt microchannel percutaneous nephroscope holmium laser lithotripsy to remove technology treatment. When the treatment finished, we were going to summarize. Results All patients with stage I and II have successful operation, postoperative follow-up 24, months stone clearance rate was 100%. Conclusion Using microchannel percutaneous nephroscope holmium laser lithotripsy on the treatment of ureteral lithotomy technology treat calculi combined renal calyx calculi, has the advantages on small trauma, high stone clearance rate, less complications, definite curative effect, the treatment is worthy of popularization and application.
