临床药师在抗生药物临床应用中的作用

The Analysis of the Role of Pharmacists in the Special Rectification Activities for Clinical Application of Antibacterial Agents

目的评价临床药师对I类切口围手术期抗生药物使用、抗生药物使用强度(AUD)的干预效果。方法临床药师干预重点科室、医院的AUD及I类切口手术抗生药物的预防性使用,比较干预前后效果。结果经临床药师干预,I类切口围术期抗生生物的预防使用比例由49.64%降至34.01%。用药指证合格率由61.15%提高到88.89%。品种选择合格率由48.92%提高到83.70%,用药时机合格率由29.50%提高到49.63%。术后用药时间合格率由30.22%提高到73.33%。抗生药物预防使用合格率由8.63%提高到48.15%。全院AUD由60.33DDDs降至43.17DDDs。结论临床药师对抗生药物临床应用干预是有效的,促进了抗生药物的合理使用。

Objective To evaluate effect of clinical pharmacists＇ intervention in the perioperative use of antimicro- bial agents and antimicrobial use density（AUD） in type I incision surgery. Methods Clinical pharmacists intervene the antimicrobial use density and the perioperative use of antimicrobial agents in type I incision surgery in the key department of the hospital .Compare the difference between before intervention effect and after intervention effect.Results By the in- tervention of clinical pharmacists, perioperative antimicrobial preventive use ratio in type I incision surgery reduced from 49.64% to 34.01%, the qualification rate of medication indications increased from 61.15% to 88.89% , the qualification rate of antimicrobial agents variety selection increased from 48.92% to 83.70%, the qualification rate of medication opportunity increased from 29.50% to 49.63% ,the qualification rate of postoperative medication time increased from 30.22% to 73.33% ,the qualification rate of antibacterial drug prevention using increased from 8.63% to 48.15% ,the antimicrobial use density reduced from 60.33 DDDs to 43.17 DDDs.Conclusion The intervention that clinical pharmacists in clinicalapplication of antibacterial agents intervention is effective and promote the rational use of antimicrobial agents.
