摘要 目的探讨品管圈的工作模式在CSSD清洗人流吸引管中的应用效果。方法将2014年4月1日-2014年5月30日回收的人流吸引管176(5,6,7.8号四颗为一套)套随机分为两组,对照组采用常规回收冲洗、高压水枪冲洗、酶液下超声清洗机清洗10 min、漂洗高压水枪冲洗管腔、纯水冲洗、润滑剂保养、压力气枪干燥、干燥消毒,观察组:采用品管圈工作模式,组织质量控制小组,开拓新的思路对人流吸引管清洗细节重新设计优化清洗措施和环节,采用常规回收冲洗、高压水枪冲洗、(40℃的鲁沃夫腔镜酶液下灌注浸泡5 min、手工刷洗、酶液下超声波清洗机清洗10 min、漂洗高压水枪冲洗管腔、纯水冲洗、润滑剂保养、压力气枪干燥、干燥消毒。结果观察组人流吸引管外观合格件数84件,人流吸引管嘴端合格件数22件,人流吸引管内腔合格件数20件。对照组人流吸引管外观合格件数88件,人流吸引管嘴端合格件数44件,人流吸引管内腔合格件数48件。结论减少了人流吸引管的复洗率和减轻了工作人员的工作量,避免延误装配和包装。使人流吸引管的清洗质量标准得到很大的提高。 Objective To explore application effect of the operation mode of the quality control circle in CSSD cleaning induced abortion attact. Methods From April ], 2014-2014 May 30, choose recycling of induced attract tube 176 (5,6,7.8 number four is a set) sets and randomly divided into two groups, control group using conventional recycling irrigation, water cannon, enzyme washing fluid under ultrasonic cleaning machine to clean 10 min, rinse water cannons flush lumen, pure water rinse, lubricants and maintenance, air gun pressure drying, drying disinfection, observation group: the quality control circle working mode, organization quality control team, open up new ideas for induced abortion attract tube cleaning details to design optimization of the measure and the link, the conventional recycling irrigation, water cannons flush, (under 40 ℃ lu Wolf cavity mirror enzyme fluid infusion for 5 min, manual scrub, 10 min enzyme fluid under ultrasonic cleaning machine to clean, rinse water cannons flush lumen, pure water rinse, lubricants maintenance, air gun pressure drying, drying disinfection. Results The numbre of qualified induced abortion attract tube in observe group appearance is 84, The number of qualified induced abortion attract tube nozzle end is 22,, the numbre of qualified induced abortion attract tube cavity is 20. The numbre of qualified induced abortion attract tube in control group appearance is 88, The number of qualified induced abortion attract tube nozzle end is 44,, the numbre of qualified induced abortion at- tract tube cavity is 48. Conclusion This management mode reduce the flow attract tube after washing rate and reduce the workload of staff, to avoid delay in assembly and packaging. Making the quality standards of induced abortion tube cleaning have greatly improved.
