摘要
针对内燃机车运行时直流测速发电机故障频发的问题,根据作用原理分析故障原因,研制测速发电机试验台。通过调节电动机电压直控制测速发电机的转速;通过在电路中串联可调电阻控制输入、输出电压和电流;根据接人电压表、电流表的显示数值测算机车实际功率。试验台投人使用后,可完全取代机车更换测速发电机后的水阻检查和调整机车功率的作业环节,达到提高测速发电机检修质量、节省开支的目的。
In view of the frequent failure of DC tachogenerator in the operation of diesel locomotive, the paper analyzes the causes based on the working principle and develops a test rig for tachogenerator, By adjusting the voltage of the motor, the revolution speed of tachogenerator is controlled. Through series connection of adjustable resistance in the circuit, the input and output voltage and current are to be continUed. The actual pewer of the locomotive is estimated according to the displayed values on the voltmeter and ammeter. After the put-into-use of the test rig, two operation steps can be. replaced, including the moisture resistance inspection and locomotive power adjustment corresponding to the change of tachogenerator, so as to achieve the goals of improving the inspection and repair quality of tachogenerator and saving expenditure.
