基于WebGIS的防汛调度信息管理系统研究与实现

Research and Development of Flood-Prevention Information Management System Based on WebGIS

防汛工作关乎国家稳定与社会和谐发展，做好防汛调度工作具有重大的社会意义。该文提出基于WebGIS的防汛调度信息管理系统的开发方案，对系统的总体框架、数据库和系统集成等方面进行了探讨。结合WebGIS技术，在地图上直观地显示汛情信息，提高了防汛调度信息管理系统的操作性。在该方案中，WebGIS服务与防汛调度信息管理系统共用同一个数据库，使用Web Services技术解决WebGIS服务与管理信息系统的通信问题；根据防汛调度管理信息系统B/S模式的开发需求，结合Flex技术将WebGIS应用集成在防汛调度信息管理系统中，解决两个独立系统的集成问题。

Flood prevention is related to national stability and development of harmonious society, good work of flood preven-tion is of great social significance.This paper develops a Flood-Prevention Information Management System Based on WebGIS, discusses about framework of system、database andintegration of system. Combined with WebGIS, the Flood-Prevention Infor-mation Management System become more simple to operate.WebGIS and Flood-Prevention Information Management System share the same database. The framework solves the communication problems through Web Services. According to the develop-ment requirement of Flood-Prevention Information Management Systembased on B/S, the system integrates WebGIS system with Flood-Prevention Information Management System through Flex framework.
