摘要
设计一种电磁控制运动装置,通过安装在摆杆上的角度传感器SCA100实时测量摆杆角度,单片机将测量角度与给定角度比较通过PID算法计算出控制量来调节输出PWM波的占空比,经过L298N驱动电路后实现对电磁铁线圈电流控制,进而调节电磁力的大小完成对设定的摆杆摆角与周期的控制。装置能够实时显示摆角、预置摆角、测量周期、预置周期。
Designing a electromagnetic control moving device. Sensor SCA100 on pole detects swing-pole angle in real time. MCU compares measured angle and set angle, then adjusts duty cycle of the PWM by PID algorithm, the PWM pulse controls current of electromagnet coil by L298N drive circuit, adjusting electromagnetic force to control swing-pole’s angel and period required. This device functions includes displaying swing-angle, set angle, detect period, set period of swing.
