Inner Mongolia's Increasing Grain Production Policy and Its Effectiveness

确保粮食自给率和保障粮食的有效供给是发展现代农业的重要任务。在资源环境约束下,内蒙古自治区实施粮食增产政策以来粮食产量快速增长,成为全国六大商品粮调出基地之一。在分析内蒙古粮食增产政策的同时评价其效益并提出了相应的改善措施。

Making sure the self-sufficiency rate of grain and ensuring effective supply of grain are the main tasks of developing modem agriculture. Since carrying out policies of increasing grain production, restrained by resource environment, the grain production of Inner Mongolian Autonomous Region grew fast, this made Inner Mongolia become one of the main six commodity grain production output bases in China. This article analyzed policies of increasing grain production in Inner Mongolia, assessed its effectiveness and put forward some improvement measures.
