Producing organic food is the main objective of plant factories, however, there are lots of factors of influencing plant quality. The authors introduced the factors that affected plant quality in plant factory, analyzed the measures and means of controlling plant quality in plant factory, and dissected the generation and control of nitrate. Finally, the authors pointed out that we should strengthen the control of carbon dioxide, light regulation and other factors, in order to ensure the products have organic and high quality in plant factory.
