摘要
农村集体资产、资金、资源的"三资"管理长期是农村工作的焦点问题。加强"三资"管理能有效避免农村集体"三资"的流失和浪费,切实维护农民群众的合法权益。对当前农村集体"三资"管理中存在的突出问题进行深入分析,并提出一些解决对策,以期对"三资"管理有所帮助。
The rural collective management on assets, funds and resources is the focus of rural work for a long time. Strengthen the management on assets, funds, resources can effectively avoid the loss and waste of rural collective assets, funds, resources, and earnestly safeguard farmers＇ legitimate rights and interests. We analyzed the current outstanding problems of rural collective management on assets, funds and resources and put forward some countermeasures in order to help the development of the rural collective management on assets, funds and resources.
