摘要
围绕应用型人才的培养目标,抓住应用型人才培养的关键环节——实践教学,优化整合校内校外资源,开展实践教学综合改革。我们要构建渐进式、全程化的实践教学课程体系;实行对接式、特色化的综合实践模式;创建共享式、多样化实践基地;组建互补式、多元化的实践教学指导队伍;实施双控式、过程化的实践教学管理模式;搭建阶梯式、个性化的实践能力展示平台。这样才能整体优化应用型人才培养体系,增加学校优质实践教学资源,强化学生实践能力培养,增强学校服务地方的能力。
Centering on the objective of training applied talents, this paper seizes the key link in the process of applied talents training-practice teaching, optimizes and integrates the resources inside and outside the campus and carries out the comprehensive reform of practical teaching. The details are as follows: to build a gradual and thoroughly practical teaching course system; to implement docking-type and characteristic comprehensive practice mode; to establish shared and diversified practice base; to form complementary and diversified practice teaching guidance team; to implement double-control-type and procedural practice teaching management mode; to build stepped and personalized practical ability display platform. This reform can optimize the applied personnel training system, increase the high quality practical teaching resources, strengthen the students" practical ability training, and enhance the ability of serving the local construction.
