摘要
针对目前汉语言文学专业第二课堂建设的不足,提出建设设想。这样有益于提高学生的学习和创新综合素质,能促进汉语言文学专业、所在院系和高校自身的发展,也有利于提升学生的就业满意度。在具体的实施过程中,需要对保障机制中的教师、学生、学校三个元素进行资源的整合和利用,需要注重专业化、定期化、层次化,并建立科学合理的考核评价机制,做有针对性的完善,使之往良好的方向发展。
In view of the current insufficient construction of the second classroom in Chinese language and literature speciality, this paper raises the construction conception, which is beneficial to the improvement of students' comprehensive learning and innovative quality, can promote the development of not only Chinese language and literature speciality, but also its own faculty and the university itself, and is helpful for the elevation of students" employment satisfaction. In its specific implementation process, the resources of the three elements in the guarantee mechanism, teachers, students and the school, should be integrated and utilized. Specialization, regularization and gradation should be paid more attention and scientific and reasonable evaluation mechanism needs to be established and improved in an oriented way and makes it develop in a good direction.
