Professor ZHENG Qi-zhong's experience in using Linggui Zhugan Decoction

苓桂术甘汤出自《伤寒论》,主要治疗痰饮相关疾病。郑启仲教授在临床上广泛应用,取得了良好的临床疗效,包括老年性慢性支气管炎、慢性胃潴留、多发性抽动症和慢性腹泻等。文章择数例典型病例阐述郑启仲老师应用苓桂术甘汤的运用经验和理论探讨,以飨同道。

Linggui Zhugan Decoction is one of the Chinese herb prescriptions in Treatise on Febrile Diseases whose author is ZHANG Zhong-jing, the effect of Linggui Zhugan Decoction treated phlegm-related diseases. Professor ZHENG uses Linggui Zhugan Decoction to treat many diseases which gets good effect in clinical practice, including senile chronic bronchitis, chronic gastric retention, tourette syndrome, chronic diarrhea and so on. This paper chooses some representative cases to expound the experience of professor ZHENG and discuss the application of Linggui Zhugan decoction, to share his experience with others.
