中药炮制辅料羊脂油的研究思路探析

Discussion on the research thought of suet oil as traditional Chinese medicine processing excipient

羊脂油是常用的液体炮制辅料之一,用于中药炮制的油炙法,以达到增强炮制药物疗效的目的。目前,羊脂油主要应用于淫羊藿的炮制,来增强淫羊藿补肾壮阳的作用。现阶段,关于羊脂油的化学成分、药用质量标准、油炙工艺、炮制作用等的研究较少,严重影响了羊脂油的临床使用。作者从羊脂油的历史沿革、现代研究、存在问题以及研究思路等方面进行阐述,以期为其临床更广泛的应用奠定基础。

As one of the common traditional Chinese medicine processing excipients, suet oil belongs to oil roast traditional Chinese medicine processing for the purpose of enhancing curative effect. At present, suet oil has been widely used in the epimedium processing to enhance the effect of reinforcing kidney to strengthen Yang. At the present stage, there is less study on the chemical composition, quality standards, oil roast technique and function of suet oil processing, which seriously affects the clinical application of suet oil. So, the historical evolution, modem research, the existing problems and research thought of suet oil are reviewed in this paper in order to lay a foundation for a wider application in clinical practice.
