中医药防治大肠癌作用研究

Therapeutic and preventive effects of Chinese herb against colorectal cancer

大肠癌是全球最常见恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率呈逐年上升趋势。中医药在大肠癌治疗中发挥了积极的作用,中医药对大肠癌的治疗研究已经涉及肿瘤发生、发展、死亡、衰老等领域;研究证实中药对大肠癌细胞具有广泛的作用:抑制细胞增殖,诱导细胞凋亡,阻滞细胞周期,诱导细胞衰老,诱导细胞自噬,靶向大肠癌干细胞,防治大肠癌转移,抑制血管生成,协同放化疗以及预防大肠癌发生;如何合理利用这些研究成果进一步提高中医治疗大肠癌疗效已为重要的研究课题。

Colorectal cancer was one of the most frequently diagnosed cancers worldwide. The incidence of colorectal cancer demonstrated a rising trend year by year. Traditional Chinese medicine played a positive role in the treatment of colorectal cancer, involving in cancer occurrence, development, death, aging and other fields. Accumulated studies had demonstrated therapeutic and preventive effects of Chinese herbs against colorectal cancer, included inhibiting cell proliferation, promoting apoptosis, blocking cell cycle, inducing cell senescence and autophagy, targeting cancer stem cell, anti-angiogenesis, anti- metastasis and synergism with radiotherapy and chemotherapy to prevent the occurrence of carcinogenesis. How to rational use of these research results to further improving the therapeutic efficacy of TCM with colorectal cancer has become a significant research subject.
