Cross-section survey on the balance needle yaotong point

目的:观察平衡针腰痛穴的反应特点,为腰痛穴的特异性及临床取穴提供依据。方法:应用连续病例抽样法选取897例患有腰椎间盘突出症并腰痛发作的患者进行平衡针腰痛穴的现况调查。观察腰痛穴的反应特点,即自觉不适、颜色变化、皮肤本身变化、皮下组织形态学变化、压痛等,比较其健侧与患侧之间的差异性,及腰痛穴与其周边部位之间的特异性。根据评分及视觉模拟评分(VAS)量表进行比较。结果:腰痛穴整体阳性反应率为67.67%,健侧阳性反应点总体阳性率、皮肤本身变化、皮下组织形态变化、压痛的特异性均高于患侧(P<0.05);患侧自觉不适、颜色变化的特异性高于健侧(P<0.05);腰痛穴压痛反应相对于其周边部位有显著特异性(P<0.05)。结论:腰痛穴对于腰椎间盘突出症患者腰痛发作时有明显的阳性反应表现,以压痛为主。其特异性较强,其健侧反应更明显。

Objective： To observe the reaction characteristics of the balance needle yaotong point, and provide the basis for the specificity and clinical acupoint operation of the yaotong point were selected by consecutive cases of sampling method. Methods： 897 patients in pain suffering lumbar disc herniation. The reaction characteristics of the yaotong point, such as consciously discomfort, color changes, and changes in the skin itself, changes in the subcutaneous tissue morphology, tenderness were observed. And the difference between the healthy side and the affected side, and yaotong point and its surrounding parts according to the score and the VAS scale comparison were compared. Results： The tom positive rate of yaotong point in 897 patients is 67.67%, the total positive rate, the changes in the skin itself, changes in the subcutaneous tissue morphology and tenderness of Yaotong point in healthy side is higher than that of affected side （P〈0.05）. The positive rate of consciously discomfort and color changes of yaotong point in affecd side is higher than that of healthy side （P〈0.05）. Tenderness reaction of yaotong point relative to its surrounding parts specificity （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： It shows that the yaotong point is sensible to the patients in pain suffering lubar disc protrusion. The tenderness is the major characteristic. The healthy side is more significant.
