玻纤拉丝空调冷冻水温度分析

摘要 玻纤行业为稳定拉丝作业,基本上采用制冷机、拉丝空调所组成的送风系统,以保证拉丝作业现场的工艺风温度和环境风温度达到合理要求。我公司实际生产过程中冷冻水温度基本达标,但空调所供给的送风温度却达不到设计要求,本文以制冷机冷冻水系统及空调机组为重点,分析冷冻水温度高的主要影响因素,并提出相应措施进行解决,对其它玻纤企业相关问题的处理具有借鉴意义。 Glass fiber industry in order to stabilize the drawing operation, basically made up of chillers, drawing air conditioning system in order to guarantee the process of drawing site air temperature and ambient temperature of air reaches a reasonable request. Our basic standard chilled water temperature in the actual production process, but the air conditioning supply air temperatures do not meet design requirements, chiller chilled water systems and air-conditioning units, this paper focus on main influence factors analysis of chilled water temperature high, to address and propose appropriate measures, treatment of other associated fiberglass enterprises has significance.
