牙骨质基质提取物促进牙龈成纤维细胞在光滑钛表面上粘附及移行的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :了解牙骨质基质提取物能否促进牙龈成纤维细胞在金属钛表面的粘附与移行 ,以改善种植体的龈界面。方法 :选用表面光滑的金属钛片作为细胞粘附的底物 ,检测各时间点牙骨质基质提取物对牙龈成纤维细胞在钛片上贴壁率的影响 ,并着运用图象分析法分析 1、3、6天钛片周围牙龈成纤维细胞的粘附指数和 3、6天钛片周围牙龈成纤维细胞的移行指数。结果 :随牙骨质基质提取物作用时间的延长牙龈成纤维细胞的贴壁率不断上升 ,且牙骨质基质提取物无论是牙龈成纤维细胞在钛片周围的粘附指数还是移行指数均明显高于对照组。结论 :牙骨基质提取物可作为种植体表面的生物涂层材料以在种植体周围获得良好的牙龈封闭。 Objective:To evaluate the effects of extracts of cementum on attachment and migration of fibroblast to the polished titanium surface. Methods:We used rate of cell attachment to measure influence of extracts of cementum on initial attachment of fibroblast, and image analysis to obtain the attachment index after 1,3,6d and orientation index after 3,6d. Results:We observed that extracts of cementum enhanced attachment and migration gingival fibroblast on the polished titanium surface. Conclusions:It is proposed that the extracts of cementum may be used as implantal coating-materials in order to perfect the function of gingival seal.
