低碳经济下的工程经济风险与防范管理研究

Risk Management and Prevention Research Project under the economic low-carbon economy

在世界进入新的世纪之后,人们普遍对低碳经济转型的过程开始关注起来,而在这个重要的时期,我国以低碳、环保、节能为主题在各个领域开展了低碳型经济的发展。在国内,项目的多种类的特性让低碳转型期内的经济风险加大,并且在考虑风险的范围内存在一定的差异。由于低碳经济的存在,本文研究了在低碳型经济下工程经济的风险及防范措施,研究低碳时代的发展和变革,给未来的发展奠定良好的基础。

After the world has entered a new century,it is generally a low--carbon economy of the process of transformation began to focus on them,and in this important period,China＇s low-carbon,environmentally friendly,energy-saving theme in various fields to carry out a low-carbon economy development.In China,many types of characteristics of the project so that the risk of a low-carbon economy transition period to increase,and in consideration of risk exists in some differences.Because of the low carbon economy, this paper,in a low-carbon economy economic risks and preventive measures engineering,research and development of low-carbon era of change,for future development has laid a good foundation.
