马夹式保护服在精神科病房护理管理中的应用效果

Application of vest type protective clothing in nursing management of psychiatric wards

目的：探讨马夹式保护服在精神科病房护理管理中的应用效果。方法自行设计并制作马夹式保护服，选择由于精神症状所致行为紊乱住院患者作为研究对象。将2012年51例患者作为观察组，穿着马夹式保护服；2011年48例患者作为对照组，采用传统保护带进行保护性约束或重点看护。比较两组患者不良事件发生例次、相关并发症及满意度。结果观察组患者发生不良事件及相关并发症例数明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（3比40，0比47；χ2值分别为60．03，95．07；P＜0．01）；观察组医护人员与患者及家属满意度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（100％比60％，98．2％比54．2％；Hc值分别为53．86，151．56；P＜0．01）。结论自制马夹式保护服患者穿着舒适安全，雅观大方，亦可减轻护理工作量，利于病房安全管理。

Objective To explore the application effect of vest type protective clothing in nursing management of psychiatric wards .Methods The vest type protective clothing was self-designed and home-made.The inpatients with behavior disorders caused by the mental symptoms were chosen .Fifty-one patients in 2012 received the vest type protective clothing as the observation group , and the 48 cases in 2011 received the protective restraint or special nursing through the traditional protective belt as the control group .The cases of adverse events , related complications and satisfaction were compared between two groups .Results The cases of adverse events and related complications in the observation group were respectively 3, 0 cases, and were 40, 47 cases in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （χ2 =60.03, 95.07, respectively;P 〈0.01 ）.The medical staff and patients and their families satisfaction were respectively 100%and 98.2%in the observation group , and were significantly higher than 60%and 54.2%in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （ Hc =53.86, 151.56, respectively;P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusions Home-made vest type protective clothing is comfort , safety and beautiful .Application of the vest type protective clothing can reduce the workload of nursing , and is beneficial for the safety management of ward .
