健康体检人群脂肪肝与高血糖、高血脂、肝功能异常关系的研究

Study on the relationship between fatty liver and hyperglycemia,hyperlipidemia,and abnormal liver function among health examination population

目的探讨健康体检人群脂肪肝与高血糖、高血脂、肝功能异常的关系,为脂肪肝的防治提供科学依据。方法对2013年度1 425例在我院健康体检者进行血糖(GLU)、血脂、肝功能及B超检查,将检查结果分为脂肪肝组和非脂肪肝组进行比较,并整理分析。结果脂肪肝组高GLU、高血脂、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)升高、谷草转氨酶(AST)升高的检出率分别为17.36%、81.82%、24.79%、23.14%,非脂肪肝组的检出率分别为8.19%、42.66%、5.37%、5.37%,两组比较,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论脂肪肝与高GLU、高血脂、肝功能异常密切相关,应加强可控危险因素的干预。

Objective To explore the relationship between fatty liver and hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia, and abnormal liver function among health examination population so as to provide scientific basis for prevention and control of fatty liver. Methods 1 425 people coming to our sannatorium for health examination were given examination of blood glucose, blood lipid, liver function index and B-ultrasonography, and then these people were divided into two groups of fatty liver and non-fatty liver and analyzed with the results. Results The detection rates of hyperuricemia, hyperlipidemia, rising Alanine transaminase（ALT）and rising Aspartate transaminase（AST）in fatty liver group were 17.36%, 81.82%,24.79% and 23.14% ,while the rates in non-fatty liver group were respectively 8.19% ,42.66%, 5.37% and 5.37%.The differences between the two groups were of high statistical significance（P〈 0.01 ）.Conclusion Fatty liver is closely related to hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia and abnormal liver function and related intervention of controllable risk factors should be reinforced.
