摘要
目的研究苦荞茶对D-半乳糖所致衰老小鼠丙二醛(MDA)和单胺氧化酶(MAO)的影响,探讨苦荞茶的抗氧化作用。方法将60只小鼠按体质量随机分为5组(正常对照组,模型对照组,苦荞茶低、中、高剂量组)。正常对照组注射生理盐水,其余组注射D-半乳糖;正常对照组和模型对照组每日用凉白开水灌胃(5 g/kg),苦荞茶低、中和高剂量组分别按照苦荞茶2.5 g/kg、5.0 g/kg、10.0 g/kg的量进行灌胃。实验结束后测定各组MDA和MAO含量。结果模型对照组小鼠MDA均高于正常对照组和苦荞茶各剂量组(P<0.05);正常对照组的MAO低于衰老模型组(P<0.05)。结论苦荞茶可对D-半乳糖造成衰老小鼠的MDA和MAO含量升高有一定抑制作用,具有抗氧化功能。
Objective To study the influence of buckwheat tea on malondialdehyde(MDA)and monoamine oxidase(MAO)of D-galactose induced aging mice, and explore the antioxygenation of buckwheat tea.Methods 60 mice were randomly divided into 5 groups on the basis of body mass (normal control group, model control group, three groups with low, moderate and high dose of buckwheat tea).The normal control group were injected with normal saline ,while the other groups with D-galactose.The normal group and the model control group were gavaged daily with cold boiled wate(5.0 g/kg), and the three groups with low, moderate and high dose of buckwheat tea were garaged with buckwheat tea by 2.5 g/kg, 5.0 g/kg,and 10.0 g/kg.MDA and MAO contents were determined after the experiment.Results MDA of the model control group was higher than that of the normal control group and the three buckwheat tea groups (P〈0.05);MAO of the normal control group was lower than the aging model group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Buckwheat tea has certain inhibitory effect on increasing MDA and MAO content of D-galactose induced aging mice, which has antioxidant function.
