股骨头缺血性坏死血管介入治疗预防性使用抗菌药物回顾性研究

Retrospective study on prophylactic use of antibacterial agents in vascular interventional treatment on ischemic necrosis of femoral head

目的探讨股骨头缺血性坏死血管介入治疗是否需要预防性使用抗菌药物。方法以回顾性研究方法调查医院2010-07—2011-12收治的448例股骨头缺血性坏死血管介入治疗患者围手术期预防应用抗菌药物的情况,以围手术期是否预防使用抗菌药物分为预防用药组和无用药组;分析围手术期用药的合理性,比较两组术后感染发生情况。结果股骨头缺血性坏死血管介入治疗围手术期抗菌药物使用率48.7%,两组术后均无感染发生。结论股骨头缺血性坏死血管介入治疗围手术期不需使用抗菌药物预防感染。

Objective To investigate the necessity of prophylactic use of antibacterial agents in vascular interventional treatment on is- chemic necrosis of femoral bead.Methods A retrospective study was carried out in 448 patients undergoing vascular interventional treatment on ischemic necrosis of femoral head from July, 2010 to December, 2011 for the prophylactic use of antibacterial agents during perioperative period.They were divided into two groups according to whether they were given prophylactic use of antibacterial agents during perioperative period：group with prophylactic use and group without prophylactic use.The rationality of prophylactic use of antibacterial agents during peri- operative period was evaluated.The postoperative infection rates of the two groups were compared.Results The usage rate of prophylactic antibiotics in vascular interventional treatment on ischemic necrosis of femoral head during perioperative period was 48.7%.There were no postoperative infections in both groups.Conclusion There was no need for prophylactic use of antibacterial agents in vascular interventional treatment on ischemic necrosis of femoral head during perioperative period.
