摘要
介绍了液压油缸压稳特性的传统计算方法,利用ANSYS Workbench软件,导入液压油缸活塞杆、油缸总成的三维模型,对活塞杆总成进行线性屈曲计算和非线性屈曲计算,对油缸总成进行线性屈曲计算;比较传统方法和通过ANSYS Workbench计算得到的结果,验证了软件的线性屈曲计算结果。
The traditional calculating method for stability analysis of compression for hydraulic cylinder was introduced. Using ANSYS software, the three-dimensional models of cylinder's rod, assembly were imported, rod's linear bucking and nonlinear calculation and cylinder assembly's linear bucking calculation was done; the results achieved by traditional calculating method and by ANSYS Workbench were compared, the linear bucking result achieved by the software was verified.
