充气膜气柜因为昂贵的专用计算软件和技术专业人才,成为中小企业推广该产品的壁垒,而通用的软件研发设计平台缺乏独有模块影响了设计效率,另外复杂的计算程序影响计算准确度。探索一条充气膜气柜合理的研发和设计路径有利于产品有效推广。该方法采用ANSYS仿真平台进行非线性模拟找型计算,第三方软件实现计算后模型完美导入专业膜裁剪软件3D3S,快捷、高效、准确地实现充气膜的设计、模拟和裁剪。
It is difficult to promote for the small and medium-sized enterprises, because double membrane flexible gas-holder need expensive special calculation software and professional technical personnel, the general software design platform lacks of unique module influence the design efficiency, accuracy calculation and complex calculation procedure. To explore an inflatable membrane gasometer reasonable design and development is conducive to the effective promotion path. The method uses ANSYS simulation platform for nonlinear simulation calculation, third party software calculation model perfect import professional film cutting software 3D3S, fast, efficient, accurate implementation of inflatable membrane design, simulation and cutting.
