孕产期个体化心理健康教育对预防产后抑郁症的重要性

The importance of Individual psychological health education to prevent of postpartum depression

目的探讨孕产期个体化心理健康教育对产后抑郁症的预防的重要性。方法将200例初产妇随机分为两组,对照组采用常规指导;实验组由产科医生进行评估,孕产期连续实施系统、全面的个体化心理健康教育,使用HAMD产后抑郁量表,在产后抑郁的发病率以及严重程度方面对产后12周的两组产妇进行比较。结果产后抑郁发生率及抑郁程度相比较,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕产期个体化心理健康教育能有效预防产后抑郁症的发生。

Objective To discuss the importance of Individual psychological health education to prevent of postpartum depression. Methods Two-hundred cases of primipara were randomly divided into 2 groups：the control group received routine guidance,the experimental group received continuous implementation of the comprehensive health education of individual psychological system during pregnancy. Used HAMD postnatal depression scale, the incidence of postpartum depression and severity of maternal postpartum in 12 weeks were compared between 2 groups. Results Postpartum depression incidence and degree of depression were compared. There was a significant difference of statistics between the two groups （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Individual maternal psychological health education could effectively prevent the occurrence of postpartum depression.
