摘要
公共图书馆指标体系构建主体的重新思考与研究有其必要性,同时也是读者真正参与到评估工作中的根本保障。文章以开展群众路线教育实践活动的时代背景为契机,主要从评估主体的悄然变化以及现行公共图书馆指标体系不适用于读者直接使用两方面研究出发,重新考虑公共图书馆评估指标体系构建主体。
The user want to participate in the activities of the public library evaluation. Based on the time background of the mass line education practice activities as an opportunity, reconsidering the constructing subject of public library assessment index system, mainly from two aspects of research, on the one hand is that the assessment subject is having been change, on the other hand is that the current assessment index system of the public library doesn' t apply to use for the user directly. It' s necessary and inevitability to reconsidering the constructing subject. At the same time, it' s the fundamental guarantee to make users participating in the evaluation work truly.
