当前高校学术腐败问题及其防治对策研究

Study of Academic Corruption and Countermeasures in Current Colleges and Universities

当前高校存在越来越多的学术腐败,主要表现为抄袭剽窃、学术交易、学霸现象、买卖学术资源和学位注水、低水平重复及学术泡沫等方面。高校学术腐败的主要原因是科研工作者学术道德意识淡漠,惩治学术腐败的相关法律不健全,监督机制匮乏,高校的考核评价机制不科学。提出了加强学术道德教育,健全相关法律制度,建立科学合理的监督及严惩机制,改革高校的学术评价机制等遏制腐败的方法。

Currently, there are more and more academic corruptions in the university, i.e., plagiarism, academic trade, academic domination phenomenon, sale of academic resources, academic degree fraud, academic foam and low-level repeat etc. The main reasons for academic corruption are indifferent academic moral consciousness for researchers,incomplete laws to punish academic corruption, the lack of monitoring mechanisms, and unscientific assessment mechanism in colleges and universities. Therefore, this paper proposes many anti-corruption methods of strengthening academic moral, improving relevant laws, establishing reasonable mechanism for monitoring and punishing,and reforming university academic evaluation mechanism.
