阴-阳对刺呼吸补泻法对缺血性中风患者髋-膝关节屈伸角度变化的影响

Effect of Yin-yang Acupuncture by Respiratory Reinforcing-reducing Method on Flexion-extension Angle of Lower Limb Joint in Hemiplegic Stroke

目的:观察阴-阳对刺呼吸补泻法治疗缺血性中风患者髋、膝关节的屈伸角度变化。方法:将60例缺血性中风患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组各30例。对照组仅采用基础治疗,试验组在基础治疗的同时再给予阴-阳对刺呼吸补泻法治疗。于治疗前、治疗后28 d,使用Lokomat全自动机器人步态评定系统比较患者髋、膝关节的屈伸角度变化参数。结果:治疗后试验组足跟着地时髋、膝关节的屈曲角度值,髋关节的屈伸角度最大值和膝关节支撑相和摆动相关节的屈曲角度最大值,与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阴-阳对刺呼吸补泻法可有效改善缺血性中风偏瘫步态运动,提高步行功能。

Objective：To investigate the effect of Yin-yang acupuncture by respiratory reinforcing-reducing method（YARRM） on flexion angle of lower limb joint in hemiplegic stroke. Methods：Total 60 patients were enrolled and divided into two groups by random digits table. There were 30 cases in each group. The control group were treated with basic treatment,the treatment group with YARRM and basic treatment. Flexion-extension angle of lower limb joint was assessed by automatic robotic gait assessment system at the beginning of the treatment and 28 days after treatment. Results：Compared with control group,there were significant difference in treatment group on HFA-FF,MAX-HFA,MAX-HEA,KFA-FF,MAX-KFA-TP,MAX-KFAWP（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion：YARRM can improve hemiplegic gait and walking function of hemiplegic stroke.
