摘要
目的探究安儿宁颗粒治疗小儿咳嗽的临床效果。方法选取2013年2月—2014年2月到本院进行咳嗽治疗的患儿50例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用小儿感冒颗粒治疗,观察组采用安儿宁颗粒治疗,比较两组疗效。结果观察组患儿的临床治疗总有效率为96%(24/25),高于对照组的72%(18/25),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论安儿宁颗粒治疗小儿咳嗽疗效显著。
Objective To study the clinical effect of An＇erning treating children cough. Methods 50 cases of children with cough in our center from February 2013 to February 2014,were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with pediatric cold particles,the observation group was treated with An＇erning granule. Curative effect of two groups were compared. Results The clinical total effectiveness of observation group was 96%（ 24 /25）,which was higher than 72%（ 18 /25） of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion An＇erning treating children cough has significant efficacy.
