祛瘀消异汤治疗子宫腺肌病的临床疗效分析

The Curative Effect of Stasis Elimination Decoction in the Treatment of Uterine Adenomyosis

目的观察祛瘀消异汤治疗子宫腺肌病的效果。方法选取2010—2012年来本院就诊的587例子宫腺肌病患者。患者自愿选择服药种类,分单纯口服避孕药组、口服避孕药加祛瘀消异汤组、单纯口服祛瘀消异汤组。坚持服药半年,接受跟踪随访,比较3组疗效。结果资料完整者368例,单纯口服避孕药组与口服避孕药加祛瘀消异汤治疗组间疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);单纯口服避孕药组与单纯口服祛瘀消异汤组间疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口服祛瘀消异汤治疗子宫腺肌病疗效显著,不良反应少,复发率低。

Objective To observe the effect of the stasis elimination decoction in the treatment of uterine adenomyosis. Methods 587 patients with uterine adenomyosis in our hospital from 2010 to 2012,which were divided into oral contraceptives group,oral contraceptives and stasis elimination decoction group,stasis elimination decoction group. Patients medication adherence for half a year,accepted the follow up. Curative effect of three groups were compared. Results 368 patients complete data,curative effect between oral contraceptives group and oral contraceptives and stasis elimination decoction group showed significant differences（ P〈0. 05）; Curative effect between oral contraceptives group and stasis elimination decoction group showed significant differences（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The curative effect of stasis elimination decoction in the treatment of uterine adenomyosis is remarkable,has less adverse reaction,low recurrence rate.
