16排多层螺旋CT后处理技术诊断胸部骨骼骨折的临床应用价值

The value of aquilion 16 CFX Edition in sternal fracture

目的分析16排多层螺旋CT后处理技术诊断胸部骨骼骨折的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析经16排多层螺旋CT扫描的胸骨骨折患者34例、肋骨肋软骨骨折157例、肩胛骨骨折79例、胸椎骨折68例,分别对比常规轴位CT和后处理MPR图像结果。结果后处理行多平面重建(MPR)图像对于横行胸骨骨折及未移位胸骨骨折、无明显移位的肩胛骨骨折、胸椎中柱骨折的检出率明显高于常规轴位CT,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论16排多层螺旋CT后处理技术对胸部骨骼骨折的诊断具有重要临床价值。

Objective To analysis the value of aquilion 16 CFX Edition in sternal fracture.Methods Retrospective analysis of aquilion 16 CFX Edition in 34 cases of sternal fracture patients,157 cases of costal cartilage fracture patients ,79 ca-ses of patients with scapular fractures ,68 cases of patients with thoracic fractures .Compared the conventional axial CT and Post-processing of MRP images.Results The detection rate of the transverse sternal fracture ,not shift sternal fracture,no ob-vious shift of scapula fracture and the column fracture in thoracic vertebra of post -processing of MRP images were higher than that of conventional axial CT ,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The Post-processing of MRP images in the diagnosis of chest bone fractures has an important value .
